Terms and Conditions for Appointment Privileges

  1. The promotion period is from 26 October 2018 to 15 December 2018, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”)
  2. Client who requests for an appointment through the website or social media page of Tahoe Life Insurance Company Limited (the “Company”) and complete the Financial Needs Analysis under the instruction of our staff/insurance consultant during the appointment will be entitled to a short-size coffee coupon (the “Gift”).
  3. Each client is eligible to receive the Gift once only during the Promotion Period.
  4. The Gift cannot be redeemed as cash, product or service.
  5. The Gift will be sent to the email address provided in the appointment request, within 5 working days after the appointment and the financial need analysis are completed.
  6. The Company has the right to cancel, terminate, alter or suspend this promotion; and to amend the relevant terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  7. Clients understand and accept that the Company is not the supplier of the gifts offered in this promotion. The Company shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the gifts, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions provided by the suppliers, false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the gifts provided by the relevant suppliers, their respective employees, officers and/or agents. The use of the gifts is subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated by the suppliers (if applicable).
  8. Quantity is limited and all the gifts are provided on a first-come-first-served basis. The Company reserves the right to replace the gifts with other items at any time without prior notice.
  9. Clients agree to the Terms and Conditions of this promotion and the Company’s policy statement relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
  10. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
