Tahoe Group and Brighton College in partnership to offer first class international K12 Education in China

Tahoe Group Co., Ltd. (Tahoe Group) and Brighton College entered into an exclusive educational partnership for China. The signing ceremony was held successfully in Hong Kong on 15 December 2019 with Mr Huang Qisen, Chairman of Tahoe Group, and Mr Richard Cairns, Head Master of Brighton College, signing on behalf of the two groups. The senior management team of Tahoe Life was invited to attend the signing ceremony to celebrate this important milestone of Tahoe Group’s development in the education segment.

Tahoe Education has been collaborating with top-class international education institutions to introduce renowned principals, teachers and international teaching curriculum into China since its establishment. Tahoe Education aspires to cultivate future leaders who are passionate about Chinese cultural heritage and who will combine national pride with a global outlook. 

Brighton College is the leading co-educational school in England. The performance of its pupils in A-level examinations is exceptional with over 100 past pupils currently studying at Oxford and Cambrige Universities. The College received the accolade of the "Independent Secondary School of the Year 2019" from the Sunday Times for its academic excellence and is one of only three schools to have received this prestigious award twice. 

Under the terms of the agreement, Tahoe Education will establish Brighton international schools in the country over the next ten years. The parties will work together over the ensuing 40 years to deliver both national and international academic curricula based around the Chinese, IGCSE and A-level curricula, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and educational leadership in a world class body of staff. The quality of education thus provided will prepare pupils in China for the very best further educational establishments in the country or overseas and for fulfilling future careers. With the global network, teaching experience and best practice from Brighton College and the forward-thinking curricula, the schools will enlighten the future leaders with patriotism and international perspecitive to be devoted to the future development of China.

Mr Huang Qisen, Chairman of Tahoe Group, said at the signing ceremony, “Through the shared visions and strong alliance between Tahoe Group and Brighton College, the strategic collaboration will create a strong vitality without doubt. The signing of this agreement symbolises the commencement of the close cooperation between Tahoe Group and Brighton College. The four schools will offer the complete K12 education system (from kindergarten to high school) within a bilingual learning environment.
